Rush To Release Live DVD “Time Machine 2011″ On November 8

After a successful premiere on the big screen in October, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Rush[/lastfm] are finally set to release their new live DVD, Time Machine 2011: Live in Cleveland on November 8th. The concert has already been getting rave reviews from publications like The Hollywood Reporter and Boston Globe, and it’s not hard to see why.

Time Machine is a real treat for fans of the band, featuring the legendary Moving Pictures album live in its entirety as well as the slew of classics you’d expect.

The concert was shot in April 2011 at Cleveland’s Quicken Loans arena during the trio’s extensive, massively successful Time Machine world tour. [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Rush[/lastfm] chose to record the DVD in Cleveland as a deliberate nod of gratitude to the first city that supported them enough to let them invade their airwaves, as former WMMS DJ Donna Halper is widely credited for helping bring the band to the forefront of the music scene in 1974 by spinning Working Man. Fittingly enough, Working Man was the encore closer on the entire Time Machine tour and closes the DVD.
